We experienced degraded performance on the Bot Engine component between 7:05 AM and 7:15 AM CET. This was caused due to a misconfigured environment setting causing network errors between core internal services. The issue was observed and a fix was implemented swiftly. We will work on our environment setting validation processes to mitigate this issue in the future. Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
