Today we experience a short period in which loading newly trained NLP models was not possible.
Therefore, one might not see the excepted result, as the previous NLP model is still active.
This can be solved by starting a new training again by clicking the "Update NLP" button.

No live chatbots or voicebots were impacted, as this was only related to training new NLP models.
